STEP 1
Create a company:Make a new folder on your USB called My Company
It is in this folder that you save all of your pictures and work.
Make a word document of the following information:
name your document My Company - Your Name
Company name
Company tag line
What your company does
Staff - name and descriptions of what they do with contact information (4 - 6)
List and description of products / services - picture of each product and service, describe the product / service, list the price, (need to have at least 7 and no more then 12)
Example:
Company Name
Gear Up
Company tag line
"Look like a pro"
What your company does
Makes and sells sport teams clothing.

STEP 2
Make a brochure for your company using the information from step 1.
-Open a new OpenOffice Writer Document
-Change page from portfolio to landscape
-Change margins to 1 cm
-Add three columns
-Change the columns spacing to 2 cm
-Back Right Tab = company name, tag line and picture to represent your company
-Back Middle Tab = list of staff and contact information
-Back Left Tab = Purpose of your company - explain what your company does
-Front Right Tab = 2 or 3 products with descriptions
-Front Middle Tab = 2 or 3 products with descriptions
-Front Left Tab = 2 or 3 products with descriptions
*Remember to use text boxes*
To get the drawing tools you go to view, toolbar, drawing
Save in folder on USB called My Company
Save file as My Company Brochure - your name
Step 3
Make a powerpoint presentation of your company.
In your powerpoint you are to have the following slides:
-Company name and tagline (if you have a picture for your company include it as well)
-What your company does
-Company goals
-slides explaining some of the products and services you provide
